The first step is a paid Initial Matter Assessment. Fees and scope are confirmed privately. The firm reviews fit, conflicts and capacity and may decline an engagement, subject to its professional obligations. An enquiry does not include legal advice, reserve capacity or oblige the firm to accept instructions.

Please do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive personal information through this form. Secure arrangements for exchanging documents are put in place once an engagement is agreed.

Privacy

The information you provide is used solely to assess your enquiry, run a conflicts check and contact you. Form delivery is processed by Netlify; the firm’s Google Workspace account sends the acknowledgement and keeps the intake record. It is not used for marketing and is retained only as long as required for that purpose and by law.
