The firm is retained on written terms and does not offer free consultations; an initial assessment establishes only whether it is able to act. Privacy

The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to run a conflicts check. Form delivery is processed by Netlify, and the firm’s Google Workspace account sends the acknowledgement and keeps the intake record. It is not used for marketing and is retained only as long as required for that purpose and by law.
